I have been asked to be an instructor for a Dairy Production course at the University of Delaware. I truly enjoy teaching but this will probably be my last semester teaching due to elements I will reveal later on. If you see lectures or documents you would like to borrow just shoot me an email. Much of the information has been borrowed form many sites, books and people.

Does anyone know how to use spell check on this thing?
